Blossom Cake

En la publicación anterior expliqué cómo preparar nuestro Fruit Cake, ahora vamos a decorarlo. El diseño para este cake fue inspirado en mi batidora Blossom de KitchenAid, especialmente en el cobre martillado que me encantó demasiado.Para realizar esta torta vas a necesitar dos bloques de cake, uno de diámetro 12 con altura de 10 centímetros y otro de diámetro 18 con 15 centímetros de altura. FLORES PEQUEÑAS
Tiempo de elaboración: 30 minutos Nivel de dificultad: Básico
Necesitamos:
- Papel de arroz
- Cortador (puedes encontrarlo en Love Craft)
- Nervador de silicon
- Alambre #28
- Grageas blancas
- Glasé
- Pegamento
- Vaporizador
- Polvo verde
Antes de comenzar, te cuento cómo realizar el pegamento: en un envase coloca trozos de papel de arroz y agrega un poco de agua hervida fría. Deja reposar por 3 horas hasta lograr un gel transparente.
FLOR PEONIA

- Plantillas pétalos
- Papel de arroz
- Tijeras
- Nervador
- Alambre #26
- Pegamento
- Esponja
- Bolillo grande
- Secador de pétalos
- Polvo cobre
- Polvo verde
ARMADO PEONIA
Tiempo de elaboración: 30 minutos Nivel de dificultad: Intermedio
CRAQUELADO RÁPIDO Y DECORACIÓN CON HOJAS DE ORO
Tiempo de elaboración: 30 minutos Nivel de dificultad: Intermedio
Necesitamos:
- 200 gr de ivory fondant
- 400 gr de blanco fondant
- 120 gr de masa blanca (de preferencia reciclada)
- Hojas de oro
Finalmente, para armar tu torta, agrega unos soportes, cubre con masa una base en diámetro 28 y coloca las florcitas y peonias. Torta decorada y lista para disfrutar!
