    CAKE MOSAICO

    A veces, mis clientes me retan a hacer cosas nuevas, y la verdad, no puedo negarme a intentarlo. En esta ocasión, un cliente me pidió una torta mosaico, pero versión tres leches. Fue todo un desafío, pero me puse manos a la obra y busqué una alternativa para poder hacer este pastel tan especial. ¡Y me encantó prepararlo! Por eso, quiero dejarte aquí un tutorial para que también puedas hacerlo. ¡Espero que te guste tanto como a mí!

    INGREDIENTES

    • 90g. mantequilla derretida
    • 130g. azúcar granulada blanca
    • 4 claras a temperatura ambiente
    • 130g. harina
    • Colorantes en gel

    1 molde para cake desmontable
