Letras de Chocolate

Si creías que colocarle una caligrafía a tu torta para poder personalizarla sería complicado, acá te enseño cómo hacerlo de manera rápida y fácil con este tutorial. ¡Manos a la obra!
Necesitarás:
- Cobertura de chocolate blanco
- Colorante a la grasa (el color que desees)
- Brillo comestible (opcional)
- 01 mica o plástico transparente
- 01 manga
Preparación chocolate:
- Lo primero que harás será picar la cobertura de chocolate blanco y colocarlo en un bowl.
- Luego derretirlo a baño María o en el microondas, por 20 – 30 segundos de acuerdo a la cantidad en el envase.
- Una vez derretido, aplica el colorante a la grasa del color que desees y mezcla bien.
Decoración:
- Para poder ayudarte a escribir, imprime lo que quieras realizar. Aquí yo te dejo la plantilla con la que realicé mi torta.
- Ahora, colocarás encima una mica o plástico transparente.
- Cuando tengas el chocolate derretido en tu manga, haz un pequeño hueco en la punta y comienza a delinear con cuidado.
- Antes de que seque puedes colocar un poco de brillo comestible.
- Finalmente, deja enfriar . Si el ambiente en el que estás es caluroso, refrigera.
- Ya totalmente frío, desmolda con una mini espátula con cuidado de no romper.
- Y listo! Colócalo en tu torta decorando como prefieras. Adicionalmente decoré con buttercream y una boquilla Ateco #172.
