Muchas veces cuando preparamos tortas decoradas nos sobran pedacitos de keke, te recomiendo que las guardes en una bolsa plástica en el congelador hasta por tres meses. Cuando tengas suficiente cantidad puedes reusarlo preparando cakepops. Puedes mezclar el keke con chocolate.ganache, manjar blanco, fudge, nutella , queso crema. Hoy te traigo una receta súper práctica con buttercream Dulcefina Factory. Quedan super estables y sobre todo deliciosos, puedes simplemente bañar las bolitas con chocolate y decorarlas con sprinkles, o decorar cada cakepop como verás a continuación.
INGREDIENTES
- 300 gr de keke de tu preferencia
- 75 gr de buttercream Dulcefina Factory
- 100 gr de chocolate blanco
