No pude resistir a la fiebre rosa, me parece una buena idea mostrar esta receta de marshmallows porque es práctica y perfecta para prepararla en casa. Sin más preambulo ¡Manos a la obra!
INGREDIENTES
- 600 gr de azúcar granulada
- 30 gr de gelatina de fresa
- 30 gr de colapez en polvo
- 300 ml de agua
- 30 ml de aceite vegetal o mantequilla
- 100 gr de azúcar impalpable
