Chocolate Berries Cake

Endúlzate con esta receta súper rápida y práctica, perfecta para hacer tallados o la torta que tu prefieras. Qué mejor que combinar berries con chocolate.
INGREDIENTES:
- 450 gr de harina sin preparar
- 2 cucharitas de polvo de hornear
- 1 ½ cucharita de bicarbonato
- 1/2 cucharita de sal
- 110 gr de cocoa
- 2 tazas de agua caliente
- 200 gr de mantequilla
- 530 gr de azúcar
- 4 huevos
Para decorar este delicioso cake, necesitarás:
- 320 gr. de ganache bitter
- 300 gr. de fudge
- 250 gr de frambuesas
- 250 gr de arándanos
- 200 gr de zarzamoras
- 200 gr de fresas
Ya que estamos en verano y las temperaturas pueden ser muy altas, te recomiendo mantener refrigerado el cake

200 grs Crema de leche
400 grs Chocolate picado al 54% cacao
Hervir la leche y agregar sobre el chocolate:)

Si, pero depende de l a decoración final que le quieras dar al cake. No olvides pasarl una capa de ganache antes de la masa fondant .💗
